Development of tofu made by mung bean and red kidney bean
Tofu is one of the most important and popular food products. In this experiment, a new type of tofu was produced by using two different type of legumes, namely mung bean (Phaseolus aureus) and red kidney beans (Phaseolus vulgaris)
