Isolation of delta-9 stearoyl-acp desaturase gene from Chlorella sp.
Manipulation of delta-9 stearoyl-ACP desaturase gene is an important step to enhance the accumulation of oleic acid level, so that, more monounsaturated oleic acid can be produced in Chlorella sp.
