Antioxidative compounds of Daucus carota sativus and Raphanus sativus longipinnatus
The objective of this study are to determine and compare the concentrations of carotenoid, ascorbic acid and a-tocopherol as well as ascorbate peroxidase (APx), guaiacol peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) specific activity of Daucus carota sativusd Raphanus sativus longipinnatus.
